1) Acceptance of Terms

3) Orders, Pricing, and Acceptance

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Yard Signs 24/7. We may reject any order at any time.
• Pricing: Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time. If we correct an error after you place an order, we will contact you with options.
• Taxes: Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4) Artwork, Proofing, and Print Variations

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, layout, and final approval of proofs (if provided).
• Color / Material Variation: Colors may vary due to monitor settings, print process, substrates, and production tolerances. Minor variations are not considered defects.
• Rights to Print: By submitting content, you represent you have the rights to use it (logos, photos, trademarks, etc.) and authorize us to print it.

5) Production, Turnaround, and Force Majeure

Production times are estimates and may vary due to order complexity, proof approvals, or production volume. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) equipment failure, carrier disruptions, acts of God, war, riot, government action, seizure, or embargo.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Shipping Terms: Shipping methods, costs (if any), and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
• Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays after the order leaves our facility.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address changes or re-shipments.

7) Returns, Replacements, and Claims

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final once an order is in production or has shipped. If your order arrives with defects, damage, or shortages, you must notify us in writing within two (2) business days of delivery, and include photos and a description of the issue.

• Eligible Issues: We will replace products that were produced incorrectly or arrived damaged.
• Returns for Replacement: If requested, you must return the merchandise before a replacement is produced.
• Not Eligible: We do not replace items that are misused, mishandled, installed incorrectly, or partially used/returned.

8) Cancellations and Refunds

Because orders move quickly into production, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Orders that have shipped or entered production are not eligible for refunds. If a cancellation is approved before production begins, any incurred setup or processing costs may be deducted.

9) Payment, Chargebacks, and Collections

• Card Declines: If your payment is declined, we will not process or ship your order.
• Past Due Accounts: If an account becomes delinquent, finance charges may apply as permitted by law.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection activity.
• Costs of Enforcement: If we must take action to enforce these Terms, you agree to pay reasonable costs and attorney fees to the extent permitted by law.

10) Limited Warranty

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we provide the Site and products “as is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Our responsibility is limited to replacement of the affected product or, at our discretion, a credit up to the purchase price for that item.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yard Signs 24/7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Site, products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yard Signs 24/7 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your order, or your breach of these Terms, including claims that printed materials infringe intellectual property rights or violate privacy/publicity rights.

13) Intellectual Property & Site Use

The Site, its content, and any design tools made available on the Site are owned by Yard Signs 24/7 or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Site except as necessary to place orders using the Site as intended.

14) Governing Law and Venue (Wisconsin)

These Terms and any transactions with Yard Signs 24/7 are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15) Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms (together with posted policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Yard Signs 24/7 regarding the Site and purchases.
